Description

The Situation

At a certain point, businesses stop feeling simple.

What created early progress — speed, involvement, problem-solving — begins to create strain.

  • You are still where decisions land
  • The same issues keep repeating
  • Progress feels slower than it should
  • Growth increases pressure rather than momentum

The business hasn’t broken.

It has outgrown the way it’s being run.

The Outcome

By the end of the Strategic Reset, you will have:

  • A clear direction for your business
  • A structure that reduces reliance on you
  • A leadership rhythm that protects momentum

Not more ideas.

A clearer way to lead the business forward.

The Methodology

At the heart of the programme is a simple sequence:

Direction → Definition → Structure → Discipline → Momentum

We follow that sequence for a reason.

Most businesses try to create momentum first.
They do more.
Push harder.
Increase activity.

But when growth outpaces clarity and structure, the business becomes more difficult to lead.

Strategic Reset works in the opposite order.

First, we clarify direction.
Then we define who the business serves and how its value is understood.
Next, we strengthen the structure that supports delivery.
And finally, we install the leadership discipline that turns clarity into consistent progress.

How It Works In Practice

This is not passive.

You will work through a structured, self-paced programme, applying each stage directly to your business.

At the end of each part, we step out of the content and into your business — reviewing your thinking, challenging assumptions, and ensuring each stage translates into clear, practical decisions.

How The Programme Progresses

Delivered online, the programme can be completed at your own pace, but is designed to be worked through over a focused period — creating space to step back, think clearly, and apply the work in real time.

You’ll move through it in four parts:

Part 1 – Direction
Getting clear on what you are building and why.

Part 2 – Definition
Clarifying who you serve and the value you create.

Part 3 – Structure
Strengthening the way the business operates so growth does not create strain.

Part 4 – Discipline → Momentum
Turning clarity and structure into a practical rhythm for steady progress.

Each part includes a combination of short video and audio guidance, supported by practical written exercises, diagnostics and templates, designed to be applied directly to your business.

We also follow the journey of a fictional business and client, bringing the concepts to life and showing how each stage works in practice.

All materials are housed within your dedicated programme portal, allowing you to revisit them as the business evolves.

At the end of each of the four parts, we meet for a one-to-one review session to reflect on your thinking, challenge where needed, and make sure what you are shaping is grounded in the reality of your business.

Who You’ll Be Working With

I’m Kirsten Cox, co-founder of Perpetual Growth Partnership, and alongside my business partner Justine Upton, we work with business owners and leadership teams who are ambitious, capable and ready to lead more deliberately.

Your Role And Mine

Your role is to step back and engage with the business as a leader — not just an operator.

My role is to ensure that:

  • the right questions are being asked
  • decisions are made, not avoided
  • structure replaces repeated effort
  • clarity translates into action

This is where the work shifts from insight to progress.

What You Will Leave With

  • Your completed Business Clarity Snapshot
  • A defined Ideal Client and Value Proposition
  • Your Engine Room Snapshot
  • A clear Structural Shift decision
  • Your Leadership Rhythm

These are not just exercises.

They are the working components of how your business will now be led.

By the end of the programme, you will have:

  • a clearer strategic direction,
  • a sharper definition of your ideal client and value,
  • a stronger underlying business structure,
  • and a more deliberate rhythm for moving forward.

What This Requires

To get the most from this programme, you will need to:

  • think beyond day-to-day operations
  • engage honestly with the work
  • be willing to make decisions you may have been avoiding

The value comes from applying the work — not just understanding it.

Who Is This For?

  • Business owners and accountable leaders.
  • Businesses that are working — but feel harder to run than they should.
  • Leaders ready to step out of constant reaction and lead more deliberately.

The Decision

Most businesses continue as they are.

More effort.
More activity.
More pressure.

Or—

You step back, see the business clearly,
make one deliberate shift,
and lead it forward properly.

If the business has outgrown the way it’s being run…

This is the point to reset it deliberately.
